I SOURCE YOUR FABRIC (ISYF) a team of experienced professionals in the garment of premium quality woven garments. The Company is 100% export oriented woven bottoms and jacket Garment company in Bangladesh & founded in 1992. Since then the company is aiming to maintain quality manufacture good reputation and on time delivery, we are able to compete with all other export oriented readymade garments manufacturer in the global market.

Merchandising Department:

We have a dedicated merchandising team of 10 experienced professionals who provide full support for sales, meetings, and daily communication with buyers. Each merchandiser manages individual orders independently, handling both logistical and technical requirements. They ensure customers receive timely updates and complete information regarding their orders.

Their responsibilities go beyond consumption, costing, booking, and sampling—they are also actively engaged on the production floor to ensure smooth operations and quality execution.

Products

Over the years, I SOURCE YOUR FABRIC (ISYF) has produced a wide variety of basic garments, including trousers/pants, leggings, ladies’ and kids’ shorts, jackets, and more. With a strong infrastructure, the company is capable of manufacturing almost every type of woven product for men, women, and children.

Today, I SOURCE YOUR FABRIC (ISYF) has advanced to producing specialized woven garments while staying aligned with the latest market trends. Our products are crafted from diverse fabrics such as denim, twill, canvas, microfiber, poplin (AOP and solid), fleece, and others—tailored to meet customer requirements.

Sewing Production Capacity

Our factory operates a total of twelve production lines—ten in Unit 1 and two in Unit 2—managed by a highly experienced production team. With skilled employees and a strong commitment to quality, we are able to achieve the following production capacity:

Basic Trouser/Pant : 364,000 pcs / Month
Cargo Pant : 200,000 pcs / Month
Bermuda : 280,000 pcs / Month
Jacket : 120,000 pcs / Month

Quality Department

We have a strong team of quality experts who ensure excellence at every stage through a four-step quality process. From the very beginning, our team assures the selection of high-quality fabric. Each stage of production is overseen by dedicated section-wise quality managers, monitoring the process from fabric selection and designing to cutting and stitching—always prioritizing style and comfort for the wearer.

To guarantee the best outcomes, we conduct strict checks on parameters such as fabric shrinkage, color fastness, light fastness, and other specifications, ensuring our clients receive only the finest quality products.

Sample Collection Department

Our skilled sampling section is led by a technical manager and two expert pattern masters, supported by 12 experienced sample makers. Together, they provide comprehensive sample development for all types of woven bottoms and jackets. With efficiency and expertise, the team is capable of delivering high-quality samples within a short timeframe, fully aligned with buyer requirements.

Work Environment

Factory Sanitation and Worker Facilities

In compliance with the Factory Act, our factory maintains strict sanitation standards. Garbage bins and waste areas are kept clean at all times to prevent unpleasant odors. Factory floors are well-ventilated and properly illuminated, and all sections have humidity control systems to ensure a comfortable and safe working environment for our employees.

A part-time doctor is available on-site, and a trained First Aid team, guided by a qualified medical professional, is always ready to respond to any emergencies. The management provides safe and potable drinking water to all workers, with test reports available for verification. Additionally, the factory has sufficient clean toilets and washrooms, fully compliant with regulatory standards.

Fire and Safety

I SOURCE YOUR FABRIC (ISYF) is committed to ethical business practices and compliance, consistently going beyond local legislation to meet ILO standards for employment and safety. Our Compliance Management Team monitors and reviews activities across the organization to ensure adherence to these standards.

For worker safety, I SOURCE YOUR FABRIC (ISYF) has enhanced workplace conditions, installed clear warning signs in the local language, enforced the use of safety equipment, and raised awareness among employees. Emergency exits and safety equipment are clearly marked throughout the facility.

Beyond providing a living wage well above the legal minimum, I SOURCE YOUR FABRIC (ISYF) supports its workforce with welfare facilities, including a canteen, safe drinking water, and hygienic lavatories. Additional support includes medical care, daycare, and transportation, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and supportive working environment for all employees.

Workers Welfare & Safety

All needles are removed from idling machines. Sewing machines have needle guards and over lock, button attach machines have eye guards.

To safe guard workers from any accidents /job related injuries, plant equipment such as electric generator, machine guard, gas boiler electrical fitting and etc. are checked periodically.

First Aid box is available in all departments and usage records are kept.

This Factory is fully compliant of fire standard and has trained in-house Fire Fighting Team. In case of fire, smoke detectors, fire alarm and emergency light will active in every floor.

To combat fire, firefighting procedure, Emergency evacuation procedure and evacuation maps are placed in every floor. Fire extinguishers, buckets, beaters, hooks and fire hydrant are clearly marked and accessible to all the workers. Emergency Fire Exits are clearly marked and exit doors are routinely checked.
